Our office is at 401 Burgess Drive, Suite A, in Menlo Park. From Los Gatos, take Highway 85 north to I-280, then Sand Hill Road. Allow about 30 minutes outside rush hour. Free parking is available on site.

You don’t have to come to Menlo Park for specialist care. We coordinate with specialists near you such as El Camino Health in Los Gatos or Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, as well as Stanford Health Care, UCSF and Sutter Health. We help choose the right specialist, coordinate the testing, and stay involved throughout.

Dr. Ian Kroes, Dr. Judy Kim, and Dr. David Hiroshima each bring more than a decade of full-time primary care experience. Dr. Kroes founded the practice and has cared for patients on the Peninsula for nearly two decades.
