Susanna has served local patients and their families for over a decade, and has become a highly respected medical assistant in the Bay Area. She has experience in both ambulatory care and clinical operations, and began her career working alongside Dr. Kroes at the Palo Alto Medical Clinic, where she ultimately earned a management role overseeing 30 medical assistants and 40 doctors. Susanna is especially well regarded for her kindness and for building long-lasting relationships with her patients, and she considers it her life’s mission to provide the highest quality care and support to both patients and their extended families. Susanna lives in the Bay Area with her husband, three children, and two dogs. In her free time, Susanna loves dancing, lounging on the beach on her travels and gatherings with family and friends.
