Alejandra was born and raised in San Jose and received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from California State University, East Bay. Her family’s deep roots in healthcare inspired her to choose the medical path, and she believes strongly in improving patient experiences and care.

Alejandra began her career at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) while completing her master’s thesis in healthcare administration. Her most recent role in administrative operations was to support the practice of twenty-eight primary care physicians and staff. She has extensive experience in project management and patient care management in a clinical setting. One of her major achievements at PAMF was the overall improvement of patient satisfaction by 70%, exceeding corporate goals.

Alejandra’s work has earned her the greatest respect from her peers and the medical community as a whole. She has received the highest praise for her tenacity and ability to pay close attention to detail. She is passionate about her work and is looking forward to providing our patients with ongoing proactive medical care.
