Physician – Private Medicine / Family Medicine
Peninsula Doctor | Menlo Park, California
Peninsula Doctor was built on a simple belief: exceptional healthcare begins with deep, trusted relationships between physicians and their patients. For the past 10 years, we have been building a private medicine practice that gives physicians the time, support, and autonomy to truly know their patients and their families, and to provide the kind of thoughtful, personalized care that is increasingly difficult to find in modern healthcare.
We believe physicians should have the time, support, and autonomy to truly know their patients and their families, and that lasting relationships are the foundation of better health outcomes. As a family-owned, physician-led practice based in Menlo Park, California, everything we do—from our carefully curated network of local and global specialists to the way we structure our physicians’ days—is designed to support that relationship. We are seeking a physician who shares that conviction.
The Role
You will join a high-performing, deeply collaborative care team and take ownership of your patients’ long-term health and well-being.
This role goes far beyond diagnosing and treating illness. It is about becoming a trusted advisor, advocate, and partner in your patients’ lives. It is about truly knowing your patients and their families, anticipating their needs before they become problems, and having the time, resources, and support to deliver the highest standard of care.
Our physicians participate in regular team huddles to proactively identify care opportunities, coordinate services, and develop thoughtful, personalized care plans. You will be supported by a dedicated clinical team and an organization committed to helping you practice medicine at the highest level.
With a limited patient panel and strong operational support, you will have the opportunity to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced—with time to listen, time to think, and time to care.
