Concierge Medicine Medical Assistant MA or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Medical Assistant (MA) / Licensed Vocation Nurse (LVN) – Private Medicine / Family Medicine

Peninsula Doctor is an established, successful Concierge Family Medical practice based in Menlo Park. We are dedicated to restoring the simple and powerful vision that the relationship between a physician and a patient forms the vital core of primary care.

Our team is committed to creating better health outcomes by building deeper, more lasting connections with our patients. We combine these patient-first values with the best of personalized diagnostics and preventative care to treat the person as a whole.

Because we believe exceptional primary care relies on an exceptional workplace experience, we are equally committed to providing our medical team with a genuine work-life balance. By offering our physicians uncompromised time to focus on patient care, we ensure our staff is also free to devote as much attention to their families as they do to our patients.

What will you be doing in this role?

You will practice in a personable, non-hospital environment that prioritizes exceptional, personalized care and hospitality. Success is measured by the depth of your patient connections, care quality, and the member experience—not speed or volume. You will work closely with our physician and care team to deliver high-level patient care, ensuring that our patients’ experiences leave them feeling their needs have been met in ways that go above and beyond. Hospitality is a core job requirement and must be practiced consistently.
