This is why we’ve created complete proactive wellness care that will help you stay healthy for years to come. Our team of wellness professionals will work with you to create a personalized wellness plan, including a fitness and nutrition assessment.

Nutrition

Our nutrition counseling includes an initial assessment, meal planning, nutrition tracking, and recommendations on how to reach and maintain your health goals. We take into consideration your current nutritional baseline, eating preferences, and health goals.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve endurance for sports, learn about better nutrition for longevity, or boost energy levels, our wellness coaches are here to work with you. Having a coach by your side helps you stay on track and accountable to reach the goals that have been established by you and your nutritionist.

Fitness

Our fitness counseling includes an assessment of your flexibility, testing of your resting metabolic rate (RMR) and VO2 max.

Our comprehensive fitness assessment will help you establish a fitness baseline and create a training plan to meet your personal goals. Whether you want to lose or gain weight, build endurance, gain muscle, increase flexibility, or get lean (or anything in between), your fitness assessment and strategy will help you get there.

We use state-of-the-art equipment to help measure your fitness baseline.

We start by measuring your resting metabolic rate (RMR) to show you how many calories your body burns at rest, giving you the data you need to plan a weight management plan. We’ll measure the calories your body needs to sustain function while at rest. We use a DexaFit machine to test your RMR.

We measure VO2 max to determine the maximum amount of oxygen you can utilize during exercise. Frequently, VO2 Max is used to test the aerobic endurance or cardiovascular fitness of athletes before and at the end of a training cycle. The results of this text can be useful if you are actively training and would like to keep track of your incremental improvement.
