Personal Fitness Assessment & Planning
As a member of Peninsula Doctor, you’ll receive a comprehensive fitness assessment. This fitness assessment and planning program is designed to establish your baseline health and fitness level. From there, we can create a customized fitness plan that aligns with your lifestyle and goals. We use a combination of advanced technology (Resting Metabolic Rate Testing and Body Composition Analysis) and comprehensive fitness assessments to determine your baseline fitness.
We’ve partnered with some of the best local trainers in the area who work closely with Dr. Kroes to help you become your healthiest and strongest self. These trainers offer both private studio training and in-home services.
During your fitness assessment, we will assess 7-10 primal movement patterns. These include the following: deep squat, hurdle step, incline lunge, shoulder mobility, impingement clearing test, active straight leg raise, trunk stability push-up, press-up clearing test, rotary stability, and posterior rocking clearing test.
