Dr. Clyde Wilson is one of the most respected and known experts on nutrition in the US. His goal is to change how individuals think about health from the ground up.  

Using a systematic science-based approach to nutrition programming for individuals, groups and personalized products Dr. Clyde helps people learn

about nutrition and create nutritional plans to achieve their best health.

Dr. Clyde Lectures at Stanford University, Athletics and Human Biology department. He also is a Research Associate in Biochemistry at UCSF.

Clyde Wilson’s research targets a theoretical understanding of metabolism. He has taught nutrition and human movement in Stanford’s Department of Athletics and food pharmacology in the Stanford and the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) medical schools for more ten years. He is passionate about educating his students and clients about understanding nutrition and how it impacts their metabolism and ultimately weight.

Lara believes food is medicine and loves sharing her passion for food and nutrition with others. She enjoys helping individuals find a way of eating that fits within their lifestyle and empowering others to achieve their health goals. Lara completed her dietetics training at Massachusetts General Hospital and worked as a clinical dietitian at Stanford Health Care for over 6 years. 

She received a Master in Business Administration from Santa Clara University. She was an instructor at the Stanford School of Medicine as part of the Family Medicine Clerkship educating future doctors about nutrition therapy for chronic disease management and nutrition needs throughout the lifecycle. Lara advises many companies on nutritional products. She also is involved in the community leading nutrition classes for all ages from toddlers to adults. Lara is also a recipe developer and writer for Food & Nutrition magazine and Stone Soup blog.
